Skilled in production planning, process control & manufacturing systems. Knowledge in extrusion, stranding, cabling & insulation is a plus. Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office for reporting & analysis. On-site work with flexible schedule.
Production Head

Help spot discrepancies to keep finances accurate. ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: Accounting/Business-related graduate. With or without experience (manufacturing is a plus!). Excel & MS Office savvy. Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and accurate. Good communication & organizational skills.
Accounting and Billing Staff
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: As a QA Engineer, you will inspect materials, monitor production, test finished products, and ensure compliance with quality standards while supporting continuous quality improvement. ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. QA/QC experience in manufacturing (wire & cable a plus). Skilled in data analysis, reporting & QA tools. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail & communication skills.
Quality Assurance Engineer
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: The Purchasing Assistant handles incorrect, defective, or delayed parts. Resolve supplier disputes and emergency procurement. Manage returns/refunds and troubleshoot supply issues. Verify inventory before purchases. ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: โDiploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. Min. 1 year experience in construction or fleet parts purchasing. Strong in negotiation, multitasking, and inventory tracking.
Purchasing Assistant
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: As a Finance Officer, your role is to ensure tax compliance and conduct audits. Handle payroll, accounts receivable/payable. Manage cash flow. ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: Bachelorโs degree in Accountancy or related field (required). Manufacturing finance knowledge is required. CPA certification is a plus. Finance Officer

Recommend process improvements. ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology. Wire and cable manufacturing experience preferred. Strong coordination, scheduling, and communication skills.
Production Coordinator
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will assist in sales coordination, quotations, and documentation. Manage customer database and support online marketing. ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Experience in wires/cables industry is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, and marketing tools.
Sales & Marketing Assistant
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Being one of the Production Helpers, your role is to assist in machine operation, packaging, and material handling. ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: High school diploma preferred. Physically fit, willing to work shifts/overtime. No experience required โ training provided.
Production Helpers
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: As a Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain production machines, monitor product quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and record production data to support efficient operations. ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: High School grad (Tech/Voc training a plus). Experience in wire & cable manufacturing is required. Comfortable logging production data digitally. Detail-oriented, reliable & team player. Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge & safety awareness is a plus.
Machine Operators
Must be willing to work at Guiguinto, Bulacan.
